Please take a few minutes to read this bio from a local Miami County volunteer raising funds for our United Way partner agency. Your support for this cause would be truly appreciated. Family Service Association is raising funds to pay off a loan for their Domestic Violence Shelter. Please share with your friends!
Participant: Dr. Jamey M. Callane
Stage Name: Holly Homecoming
Biography: Jamey Callane is in his 18th year at Maconaquah School Corporation. Currently he the assistant superintendent with aspirations of one day fulfilling his lifetime dream of Homecoming Queen. Dr. Callane hopes the Little Black Dress event will generate lots of money for the Domestic Violence shelter and generate enthusiasm for his run at Homecoming Queen. He said “yes to the dress” because domestic violence impacts kids, also. As an educator, we know it is hard for kids to focus on their education when they are dealing with violence at home. Please consider a donation to Dr. Callane (aka Holly Homecoming) as he needs your money and votes to bring home the crown!

Type in Jamey Callane
I have done some crazy things in my time here at Maconaquah to raise money for causes, but this one might be the craziest. Jenny Cole convinced me to participate (along with my wife) in the Little Black Dress Event that supports Family Service Association and the Domestic Violence Shelter. This shelter serves Howard County and Miami County. We have had kids from Maconaquah stay at this shelter, so it is personal for me. Please see the attached Go Fund Me page created by FSA for me. On the night of the event I transform from Jamey Callane to Holly Homecoming. Not sure how I am going to look wearing a Little Black Dress, but it will be interesting. Thanks in advance for your contributions if you choose to support this cause.
