United Way would like to recognize the following people and organizations who helped with the Splash Bash Festival: The United States Army Corps of Engineers at Mississinewa Reservoir, Peru City Board of Works, Peru Fire Department, Peru Police Department, Peru Utilities, K&B BBQ, Kathy and Robbie Conner, Jeff Altmiller, Paul Foreman, Morgan Gold, Billie and Blake Hull-Cochran, Bryce Cochran, Andrew Lipari, Randy and Debi Wallick.

Splash Bash Festival Regatta Race

Please call the United Way office at 765-473-4240 to participate in this year's Splash Bash Festival Regatta Race on August 27, 2022. Races start on the Wayne Street Bridge, from noon until 2:00 pm. Depending on the raft, paddle, and water level, time on the water will vary. All proceeds of this event will go toward this year's Last Legacy, a 1:1 matching grant for the homeless, and the United Way's initiatives.

Splash Bash Festival

Splash Bash Festival starts the day at Wayne Street Bridge, launching homemade raft and kayak races scheduled to begin at noon and continue till 2:00 pm. Next, the Splash Bash Ducky Drop drops at Broadway at 3:00 pm. In addition to the racing, a full schedule of events, including activities for children, is in the works. Live music schedule from 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Plans also call for vendors on hand for food.
