The United Way of Miami County is pleased to announce the leadership team for its 2025 fundraising campaign, themed "Uplifting Our Community." Bridgette Evenson (pictured below left), owner of Harmon Photography, and Kerri Gaumer (pictured below right), director of administrative services at Miami-Cass REMC are this year’s campaign chairs. Both women have a passion for giving back and advancing the nonprofit’s mission of improving lives throughout the community. Under their guidance, the campaign will focus on mobilizing resources to address critical needs in food and financial stability, education and health while fostering partnerships that create lasting, positive change for local families and individuals.
Joining the campaign chairs is a dedicated committee of community volunteers who will work tirelessly to engage businesses, organizations and individuals in support of United Way's vital programs. The 2025 committee members are:

Together, this leadership team embodies the spirit of the 2025 theme—uplifting our community through collective action and compassionate service. Their commitment ensures that United Way of Miami County can continue connecting people with the resources they need to thrive which builds a stronger, more resilient community for all. The campaign will feature events and fundraising initiatives throughout the coming months, including Giving Tuesday on December 2, to rally support for the nonprofit’s important
